After the owner of the business tore me a new ass infront of customers for somthing other customers broke. It not only gives them time to try and fill your position or offload your work to someone else, but you can also use them as a reference. You can always go get a job when you blow up your account. If you’ve got enough money to keep you afloat for awhile and nobody depending on you then I say go full send. That being said, idk your financial or life situation. But there are so many horrible employers exploiting people 24/7, I would literally take all the PTO owed to me and give my immediate notice as soon as it was depleted. Because that's the best way to quit a job. Quitting your job to trade full time with one month of experience under your belt sounds so unbelievably reckless. Gaps in employment history alongside randomly quitting a job are something that employers look for on resumes. Honestly this job is just bad on my mental health and I’m on the edge of being fired anyway so might as well leave. One even advised giving almost no notice, if OP is in a position to do so:
